First, a bit of context.
When the death of flash became apparent, I had no choice but to abandon cs4, which used action script 2, the language I was more familiar with, in favour of cc animate that uses as3. That's why my games suddenly became a lot more basic. For years I laboured in vain to try to get a grasp on as3, and when the time game to make a proper, full length game, I failed. I failed you, I failed myself, I failed everyone who was invested in me, because the so called return to form, project aura 2, was a gutted, cut down, nonsense version of the game it was meant to be. whole features were removed, voice acting was gone, and a lot of the graphics were rushed. So much so, the game I released was project aura 2, missing its original subtitle
God Complex.
Last week I decided enough was enough. Its time to learn as3. so in a 4 hour binge, I forced the knowledge of what to do into my brain, and finally, all the power I needed to deliver the game in full was mine. With that equipped, I went straight to work.
Remember how pa2 had buttons called keys but no keys in game? remember how you were given four, totally nonsensical endings with no context of what was going on? remember the total lack of sound bar the music?
all those features, plus the overhauled graphics I'm now capable of producing, will soon be upon you. Play the old pa2 now for posterity, because a few days from now, you'll taste the creation I planned from the very beginning.

I'm looking forward to it, and i'm glad you're continuing to improve and adapt. Good luck!
